Our main headquarters is located at 2934 Lincoln Ave in the heart of North Park. Although we encourage appointments, walk-in patients are always welcome between 9:00-4:30 Monday-Thursday and Fridays 9:00-1:00

Our North County location is in the Executive Suites Building #206 in Lake San Marcos, by appointment only. In-Home Testing and Consultations are also available for your convenience.
